​A decade ago, my primary focus was simply doing my job as an national police checked high level Aquatics Teacher (Education Department, VACSWIM,etc) — and establishing crucial brand alignments for Barbwire Noose Clothing with other organizations. Fighting for vulnerable disabled clients I advocatd for as a teenager. While trying to run my business, I inadvertently exposed a massive web of police corruption that was deeply tied to both the government and the criminal underworld.

​When they realized I wouldn't conform and I wouldn't look the other way, they didn't just threaten me—they went after my livelihood. I became the target of a vicious, coordinated campaign of state-sponsored business sabotage. They abused their power and process to defame my character to my partners, disrupt my daily operations, and try to bleed my advocacy brand dry. The day-to-day stress of trying to keep the lights on, protect my clients, and manage the chaotic demands of a growing business while being actively hunted by a corrupt police force was a logistical nightmare.

​When the defamation and sabotage didn't silence me, they wrongfully threw me into the Adelaide Women's Prison as a political prisoner.
