Join the Fight for Our Planet This Earth Hour 2026
Here at Barbwire Noose®, we’ve always believed that true activism means standing up for the vulnerable, rejecting the status quo, and fighting for A Better World™. Usually, our battles are fought against systemic abuse, human rights violations, and the neglect of the voiceless. But there is no voice more fiercely ignored—and no victim more globally exploited—than our own planet.
On the 28th of March - this month, we are calling on our community of unconventional survivors, nonconformists, and everyday activists to channel that same relentless energy toward Mother Earth. Earth Hour 2026 is approaching, and it is a massive milestone.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the world’s biggest movement to protect our planet. On Saturday, 28 March 2026, at 8:30 PM local time, millions of people across Australia and the globe will switch off their lights. But Earth Hour has grown into something much bigger than just an iconic hour of darkness. It’s a loud, unignorable demand for a healthy future for people and nature alike.
Challenge 60: Sweat for a Cause
Fear is the root of all weakness, but action is the foundation of change. You don't just have to sit in the dark to make a difference this year. From March 1st until Earth Hour on the 28th, WWF-Australia is running Challenge 60.
We are challenging the Barbwire Noose family to get active for 60 minutes every day to raise critical funds to regenerate nature. Whether you’re hitting the pavement, lifting heavy, or just taking a daily walk to clear your head, turn your physical grind into years of protection for the animals and environments we love. It’s a gritty, proactive way to combat biodiversity loss and the catastrophic impacts of climate change.
Why We Care:
At Barbwire Noose, our roots are deeply embedded in fighting malfeasance and demanding accountability. The destruction of our natural world is the ultimate systemic failure. By supporting WWF-Australia’s mission to Regenerate Nature by 2030, we are taking a stand against the environmental neglect that threatens all of us. You can’t have human rights without a habitable world to practice them in.
We proudly design with organic materials and advocate for sustainable choices because we know that real fashion and real lifestyle choices shouldn't cost the earth. This Earth Hour, your support will help fund vital conservation work, build resilience against climate change, and create a world where people actually live in harmony with nature—not in dominion over it.
How to Get Involved:
* Take the Challenge: Sign up for Challenge 60 and commit to moving 60 minutes a day leading up to March 28th.
* Switch Off: On Saturday, 28 March 2026, hit the lights at 8:30 PM local time. Unplug from the noise, sit in the quiet, and reflect on the power of collective action.
* Wear Your Activism: Throw on your favorite Barbwire Noose organic tee and represent the movement.
We’ve never been the type to stay quiet, pristine, or flawless when things are falling apart. We are battle-tested. Let’s bring that same warrior spirit to protecting our environment.
Turn off the lights. Turn up the impact.
